Larry A. Cress serves as President of New Tech Global and is responsible for overseeing the overall direction of New Tech Global and affiliated companies. Mr. Cress is a graduate of Texas A&M and a Registered Professional Engineer. Prior to forming New Tech Engineering, Larry served as Vice-President of Drilling and Production for Clayton Williams Energy and brings extensive knowledge and expertise in horizontal and under-balanced drilling operations to New Tech and its clients.

Regan D. Wood serves as Senior Vice President of New Tech Global and is responsible for overseeing OPS Group Limited (OPS), an affiliate of New Tech Global. Mr. Wood is a graduate of The University of Texas and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Regan joined New Tech Engineering, L.P.  in 1998 and his areas of expertise includes regulatory, geo-pressured environments and drilling and production operations. Regan’s previous experience includes serving as an Operations Engineer, Operations Manager and Vice-President of Kelley Oil Corporation.

Jeffrey R. Cummins

Jeffrey R. Cummins serves as Vice-President of New Tech Global and is responsible for overseeing Training and Safety Services. Mr. Cummins joined New Tech Engineering, L.P. in 1998, bringing 32 years of field and managerial experience to the company. Jeff began his career as a drilling contractor in Corpus Christi. At Clayton Williams Energy, Jeff worked his way up through the ranks to Toolpusher and later to Drilling Superintendent and was instrumental in developing and implementing the first horizontal drilling program in 1987. This project established numerous world records and was the catalyst behind new horizontal technology such as the rotating blowout preventer, retrievable whipstock, extended power section PDM, PDM bit advancements, mudcap drilling techniques and multilateral well designs.

James R. (Dick) Polk

Dick Polk serves as Vice-President of New Tech Global and is responsible for directing NTG Business Development operations and initiatives as well as overseeing New Tech's efforts with global alliance partner, Schlumberger. Mr. Polk joined the company in 2000, with more than 29 years of managerial and business development experience. Prior to joining New Tech, Dick was responsible for creating a highly successful consulting division for Boots and Coots International Well Control.

Daniel R. Lockwood

Daniel R. Lockwood serves as Vice-President of New Tech Global and is responsible for overseeing and managing NTG engineering and project management services. Mr. Lockwood is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Dan joined New Tech Engineering in 2000, and brings with him more than 27 years of engineering and management experience and is considered one of the industry's leading experts in Shale Operations.

James R. (Jamie) Polk

Jamie served as Alliance Manager for Delta Seaboard Well Service and as a Global Account Manager for Boots & Coots where he was responsible for both domestic and international operator accounts. Jamie Polk is a graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration and brings extensive field, operations and business development knowledge to the company.
