Eric Kolstad, P.E., is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, (’94) with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Kolstad joined New Tech Engineering in November of 2006 with over 12 years of engineering, operations and management experience.
- Served as a Drilling Engineer, Production Operations/Completions Engineer, Field Engineer, and Wellsite Supervisor for various companies throughout the Gulf Coast, offshore Gulf of Mexico, and Rockies Region.

Geoff Kimbrough Vice President - Deep Water Operations |

Geoff Kimbrough holds B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from Texas A&M and Louisiana Tech, respectively. Mr. Kimbrough joined New Tech Engineering in 2003.
- Held operations management and engineering management positions in Well Construction with major and independent operators for more than 30 years.
- Worked in 20 countries overseas and the Gulf of Mexico.
- Primary experience over the last 20 years has been offshore, with much of it in deep water.

John G. Vittitow is a graduate of Texas A&M (’79) with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Vittitow brought more than 26 years experience in operations and engineering management in the U.S. and internationally to New Tech Engineering when he joined the company in 2005.
- Has worked in 10 countries overseas as well as the Gulf of Mexico, East Texas, South Louisiana, Barnett Shale and various other domestic areas.
- Primary experience in onshore and offshore drilling, with practical expertise in completions and workovers.

Richard M. West is a graduate of Texas A&I University ('77) with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. West joined New Tech Engineering in June of 2006, bringing 27+ years of oilfield experience to the company.
- Production Engineer for Mobil Oil Corp.
- District Production Engineer, Texas Oil & Gas Corp.
- Production Manager and Vice President Operations for Brammer Engineering.
- Mr. West has extensive experience in geo-pressured environments in completion and production operations along the Gulf Coast and the Ark-La-Tex region.

Dan L. Breeding

Dan L. Breeding is a 1988 graduate of Texas Tech University, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Breeding joined New Tech Engineering in July of 2007 with over 18 years of experience in drilling engineering, engineering management and project management.
- During his 18 year career with ExxonMobil, he served as an Engineering Manager, Business Planning Manager, Project Interface Coordinator, Lead Drilling Engineer and Reservoir Engineer.
- Worked in 7 countries overseas as well as the Gulf of Mexico, East Texas, West Texas, South Texas, South Louisiana, Piceance, California, Wyoming and North Dakota.
- Extensive experience in project development drilling and completion programs both internationally and domestically.
- Experience includes land, barge, platform, jack-ups and subsea drilling operations for both exploration and development wells.

Mark R. Malone
Vice President – Production & Stimulation

mmalone@newtecheng.com Mark Malone is a graduate of Texas Tech University (’87) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering. Mr. Malone joined New Tech Engineering in 2007 after spending 20 years with BJ Services Company and The Western Company of North America in various, sales, engineering and engineering management positions in the Rocky Mountains and the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
- Ten years as Region Technical Manager for BJ Services Company in the Permian Basin.
- Extensive experience in design, implementation, site supervision and quality control of fracture stimulation treatments, acid fracture stimulation as well as primary and remedial cementing for new well completions and workovers.
- Specialization in hydraulic fracturing design and implementation.
- Mr. Malone is an active Member of the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Petroleum Short Course where he has provided instruction in hydraulic fracturing, acidizing and remedial cementing.
- Author of multiple SPE and industry technical papers and articles and is a patent holder.

Louis Romo
Vice President Mid-Con Operations

Louis A. Romo is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a B.S. in Geophysics and M.E. in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Romo joined New Tech Engineering in August of 2007 and has over 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Began his career as a researcher working for Aggie Drilling Research at Texas A & M University on the Deepstar Project II, Deepstar Project III and the Riserless Drilling JIP.
- Served as a Well Control Engineer for Boots & Coots International Well Control where he worked on numerous blowouts and relief wells throughout the United States, Gulf of Mexico, South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He was also responsible for writing the BC/IWC Management System, he developed an SBM Kick Model, developed “The Blowout Advisor”, developed a Blowout and Emergency Response data base as well as contingencies for several critical wells.
- While employed at BP Amoco as a Drilling Engineer and Senior Drilling Engineer, he gained extensive experience in HTHP, Deepwater and critical wells.
- Author and co-author of several industry technical papers.
- Served on the WellCTRL Gulf of Mexico Planning Committee, the IADC Well Control Committee (Alternative Training Methods Subcommittee) and the IADC/OOC Deepwater Well Control Task Force (Emergency Response Subcommittee).
- He is a frequent guest speaker at SPE / AADE Student Chapters which include Chapters at Texas A&M, Montana Tech and Colorado School of Mines.
- Member, Society of Petroleum Engineers and Society of Exploration Geophysicists.

Robert S. Tuttle
Director of Midstream Services |

Robert S. Tuttle is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has extensive experience in engineering, operations, management, economic evaluation and business development.
- Served as President of GPM Solutions for six years, providing strategy, contract and facility development and analysis to the midstream energy industry.
- During 32-year career with Cities Service, Occidental and Union Pacific Resources, he designed, installed and managed gas processing and treating plants, fractionation and NGL storage centers, sulfur recovery units, helium recovery and liquefaction facilities and numerous compressors and pipelines. In addition, he contracted for system expansions and held lead roles in the acquisition, due diligence and development of numerous companies, plants, pipeline systems and fractionators.
- Past President and Director of the North Texas Gas Processors Association.
- Member, national GPA Operations and Maintenance Technical Committee.
- Co-author, GPA paper, Fractionation Treating Facilities, published in the Oil and Gas Journal.

Dennis Moore

Dennis Moore, P.E. is a graduate of Texas A&M University (’79) with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Moore joined New Tech in January 2008 with more than 30 years oilfield experience in engineering, operations, and management.
- Has worked for major oil companies, independent operators, consulting engineering, and service companies.
- Held a variety of drilling, production, and reservoir engineering as well as wellsite supervision, and management positions worldwide, both onshore and offshore.
- Managed Pressure, Underbalanced, HPHT, horizontal drilling, casing drilling, and coiled tubing drilling experience.
- Author or co-author of several articles and technical papers.
