• Extensive drilling and completion experience throughout the Permian Basin and North Louisiana as well as deep, high-pressure experience in South Louisiana.
• Managed production operations as well as multi-rig programs throughout the Permian Basin and Louisiana.

J. Tate Abel is a 1995 graduate of New Mexico School of Mining & Technology, with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.  He received his M.B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana.  Mr. Abel joined New Tech Engineering in May of 2007, bringing 12 years of oilfield experience to the company.
