Jamie Polk is a graduate of The University of Texas ('97) with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Polk joined New Tech Engineering in May 2000, adding nine years of field, operations and sales/marketing experience to the company.
- Began his career while still in college as a roughneck on inland barges and offshore drilling and workover rigs for Blake Drilling and Nabors-Loffland Drilling.
- Served as Alliance Manager for Delta Seaboard Well Service, working with field services, major and independent operators, and the Texas Railroad Commission.
- Joined Boots & Coots/IWC as Global Account Manager, working with major and independent operators both domestically and internationally.

Joshua D. Oglesby

Joshua D. Oglesby is a graduate of University of Illinois. He joined New Tech Engineering in 2005 after spending 5 years with ExxonMobil. Mr. Oglesby spent a year in domestic US business development for New Tech Engineering before he was assigned to the newly developed New Tech Engineering International Solution Team. Mr. Oglesby has spent the last two years and continues to supply operators in the Middle East and North Africa with solutions for their ongoing operations.
- Worked in operations for ExxonMobil, primarily in commodity scheduling, asset management, project management, safety program development, training, and operation controlling.
- “Big oil company” experience enables him to provide solutions for independents and majors alike.
- Member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the IADC.

Terry McFarland is a graduate of McNeese State University (’77) with a Bachelor of Science in Business. I joined New Tech Engineering in April 2007, bringing 29 years of operations, sales/marketing and management to the company.
- Worked as a contract roustabout and roughneck for Gulf Oil Company in the GOM during the summers and holidays, while attending college.
- Involved with competitive sales, contract negotiations, market positioning and new account development for Major Oil Companies and Independents.
- Customer territory consisted of S. America, GOM and land in Texas and Louisiana.

Craig G. Gary joined the Business Development team in 2005 with more than 12 years of field and operational experience.
- Began his career in 1992 as a roustabout for Pierce Construction, primarily contracting for Texaco and Arco/Vastar in the East Texas area. Quickly moved to crew pusher for pipeline and new well facility installations and supervised a field safety crew that maintained current safety guidelines for Texaco.
- Lease operator for Texaco E&P.
- Service technician, service department manager and sales for Power Chokes.
- Member, Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers.

- Began his oilfield career in 1978 as a Tool Specialist for Petroleum Equipment Tool Company, where he also served as a Dispatcher and in Field Sales.
- Operations Manager for Whiting Oilfield Rental, which eventually became Weatherford.
- Area Manager for Weatherford, overseeing seven product lines.
- Founder and President, Thomas Tubing Specialist.

Dean M. Williamson joined New Tech Engineering in 2005 as a Consultant Coordinator with more than eight years of petroleum industry and management experience. He attended Lee College.
- Began his career in downstream operations.

- Joined Intercontinental Terminals Inc. as an operator. Promoted to pipeline coordinator and then tank farm operations manager in charge of bunker fuel blending and LPG pipeline movements.

Gary Edwards

Gary graduated from Cameron University in Lawton, OK in 1972 with a B.S. in business. Worked in marketing and sales in the insurance and building supply industries. Mr.
Edwards joined New Tech Engineering in 2008.
- Started his career in the oil field as a floor hand on a drilling rig in Western OK in 1976, and later moved to the service side as a field supervisor, sales, and sales management.
- Transferred to Corpus Christi in 1982 with a rental company and specialized in supplying equipment for snubbing and well control.
- Help build a Thru Tubing Company in Corpus, served in position of sales, business manager, and Thru Tubing Motor Technician until the company sold out in 2004.
- Transferred back to Oklahoma in 2005 and served as Oklahoma Sales Manager until joining New Tech Engineering in January 2008.
- Active member of Oklahoma City Oilfield Christian Fellowship, AADE, and API.

Dee Hilliard joined New Tech Engineering in May of 2007 as Engineering Analyst and later transferred to our Business Development Department. Dee has 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Began her career with J-O’B Operating as an Engineering Tech, where her responsibilities included preparation of well bore schematics, SPCC plans, regulatory fillings, production graphing, AFE and Procedures.
- Worked as Joint Interest Billing Analyst handling payment of contract employees and billing various major and independent operators. Worked closely with CFO with clearing of accounts and handling aging issues.
- Member, Association of Desk and Derrick (Red River Club), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).

John Lund has 23 years of safety experience. Mr. Lund joined New Tech in September 2004 as Safety Manager, overseeing the company’s safety activities and functions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and has a Master of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology.
- Worked as a Roustabout and Roughneck in the Gulf of Mexico for Global Marine.
- Corporate Safety Manager for various drilling contractors through the 1980’s. During this time he was involved in project assignments in Wyoming, Brazil, Malaysia and Trinidad.
- Obtained his CSP (Certified Safety Professional) in 1991.
- Participated in Safety Management System development and safety program/policy development and implementation for Dresser Oil Tools and Halliburton’s Global HSE Department.
- National member, American Society of Safety Engineers. Member, Gulf Coast Chapter of ASSE.

Karen Kittler is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Kittler joined New Tech Engineering as Consultant Coordinator in March, 2001, bringing twenty years of experience in the petroleum industry, including 12 years in the consulting arena.
- Began her oilfield training in the early 80’s as an officer for a small independent oil company. Directly involved onsite with drilling, completion and workover operations.
- Served more than three years as New Tech’s Consultant Coordinator, then appointed Executive Assistant. Provides support for upper corporate management; responsible for contracts administration and the coordination of marketing activities.
