At the request of our clients, we created New Tech Verification Services, LLC in 2010. Through these services, we are able to provide third party verification and compliance to BOEMRE APD requirements for casing design and cementing plans, among other things, as specified in the new regulations.

Consisting of some of the world’s leading experts in unconventional, offshore and deepwater drilling, as well as completions operations, our registered and licensed professional engineers (P.E.) and consulting staff can help you deliver your project on time, in compliance and under-budget.

Services Include:

• BOEMRE regulation and compliance advice
• Third party reviews of casing designs and safety factors
• Third party reviews of cementing plans, including volume calculations, centralization plans, and float equipment specifications
• Presubmittal APD (Application for Permit to Drill)
• Casing / Cement design certification letter preparation required under new BOEMRE regulations
• Certification and procedure letter-P & A
